Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Manager for Cardiac Telemetry to oversee the delivery of nursing care on a 24-hour basis, drive quality outcomes, and optimize resource use. You will foster a professional practice environment aligned with Mercy’s mission, service standards, and strategic plan within the unit.

You must hold a bachelor’s degree and RN licensure; a BSN and/or Master’s degree is preferred, with a minimum three years of leadership- and supervision-related clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership ability and demonstrated supervision experience.
• Proficient with a personal computer and able to analyze data from multiple information systems.
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN or Master’s preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of nursing care on a 24-hour basis for a patient population.
• Promote a professional practice environment aligned with Mercy mission and service standards.
• Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department.
• Lead and develop the nursing team to achieve quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource use.
