Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a high functioning team with staffing aligned to patient acuity and census.
• Manages personnel including interviewing, orientation, training, performance evaluation, and staffing targets.
• Plans and directs 24-hour patient care in accordance with internal and external standards.
• Develops and oversees departmental scope of services and care.
• Develops and implements policies relating to the nursing specialty and integrates care standards.
• Directs processes to assess, improve and maintain quality of patient care.
