Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a high functioning team and manages first line supervisors.
• Directs staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for unit operations.
• Oversees patient care delivery and ensures compliance with professional nursing standards.
• Collaborates with physicians, administrators, and staff to improve processes and outcomes.
