Qualifications

• At least one year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Current RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Ability to physically move equipment and assist patients.
• Proficient in reading instructions, documenting care, and PC use.
• Able to work under pressure and handle irregular activity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs to detect abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments specific to cardiac care.
• Support cardiac procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Observe and record patient responses, notifying physicians as needed.
• Respond effectively to cardiac emergencies.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
