Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Telemetry role in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will provide direct patient care, assess needs, and implement care plans for assigned patients.

You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate multidisciplinary care, document interventions, and support quality and safety initiatives. An active RN license with BLS/ACLS is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Sign-on bonus offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NRP (department roles); some certifications required within three months of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
