• Observe Telemetry Monitors and recognize arrhythmias.
• Record telemetry strips and ensure 12-hour distribution per policy.
• Interpret rhythms accurately and identify age-related differences.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality; support nursing staff.
• Assist with clerical tasks and unit communications as needed.
