Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
- At least 1 year of RN experience upon hire.
- Registered Nurse license in TX upon hire.
- BLS/CPR certification required within 14 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conducts comprehensive assessments and notifies physicians of significant changes.
- Care Planning & Coordination: Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with education and discharge planning.
- Treatment Implementation: Administers medications and prepares patients for procedures in line with physician orders.
- Ongoing Evaluation & Adjustment: Reassesses patient responses and communicates changes to physicians.
- Effective Communication & Handoffs: Uses bedside shift report and provides thorough patient updates.
- Safety & Quality Assurance: Maintains a safe environment and participates in quality initiatives.
