Job summary

CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a CNA for Telemetry on the Day shift in Los Angeles. The role supports RN-directed patient care across adolescent to geriatric populations, with a focus on safety, comfort and timely reporting of changes.

This full-time 12-hour shift complements an experienced acute care team and hospital-wide CQI initiatives. Mandatory CNA license, BLS, and county safety cards; prior acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Minimum six months recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality basic patient care under RN direction.
• Assist with bathing, positioning, mobility and hygiene.
• Observe and report patient issues to RN/LVN.
• Adhere to safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity.
