You will collaborate with management to direct, monitor, and evaluate care, serving as a resource for staff and supporting a patient-first philosophy.

The role requires RN licensure, a Nursing degree (Bachelor's or Associate), and at least 3 years of experience, with no travel obligations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• No travel required for this role.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitors and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to promote teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Oversees staffing and labor planning within productivity guidelines.
• Assists with inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
