Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) for Medical Telemetry. You will lead frontline nursing operations, coordinate shifts, and manage patient throughput on a 163-bed hospital campus with advanced cardiovascular services.

Roles require RN licensure in Texas (or compact with Texas upgrade within 90 days), BLS, and 1 year of acute Med-Surg experience. This is a dynamic leadership position in Cypress, TX with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; AS or BSN preferred.
• Active Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact license with Texas license within 90 days.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• 1 year Med-Surg/acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients to ensure quality care.
• Provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety needs for relevant ages.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary staff to maintain professional nursing standards.
