Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN to cover 3 of 4 weekends, from 7pm to 7am, joining a collaborative cardiac care team. The role supports patients with chronic and acute conditions, with telemetry and specialized care coordination across cath lab, dialysis, and infusion services.

Nurses participate in a year-long residency program tailored to the unit needs. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure is required.
Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Manage chronic and acute cardiac-related conditions with telemetry and coordinated care.
Coordinate care for procedures such as cath lab, angio, dialysis, infusion/chemo, and anticoagulation therapies.

Education

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program

RN licensure in hiring state and/or compact licensure

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
