As a Lead of the healthcare team, you will coordinate departmental operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in alignment with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a BRN approved nursing program or equivalent.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years RN experience in an acute care environment, including charge and/or preceptor responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Directs, reviews, assigns and organizes the work of at least three employees including at least one RN.
• Provide leadership and direction to maintain efficient delivery of patient care.
• Coordinate department operations and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Act as mentor to new employees and staff; collaborate with manager on issues.
• Participate in patient flow, admissions and discharges; ensure safety and quality.
