• Serves as resource for clinical concerns and regulations; maintains flexible schedule.
• Conducts audits; ensures thorough assessments; participates in quality efforts.
• Adjusts staffing to assure quality patient care, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinates transitions across continuum; participates in leadership rounds.
• Supports staff development; leads daily/shift huddles; resolves conflicts.
• Participates in resource allocation, staffing, scheduling, and equipment management.
• Attends Charge Nurse educational programs; pursues professional growth.
