Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operations.
• Provide strategic leadership to bring diverse constituencies together to articulate and implement a shared vision for the medical center.
• Promote open, effective, and ongoing communication and the sharing of information among stakeholders.
• Ensure integration of quality, service, and efficiency improvements into day-to-day operations.
• Manage budget to meet fiscal goals for capital, payroll and non-payroll expenses.
