Job summary

Staker Parson Companies is implementing a Telematics program and seeks a Field Technician to support drivers and dispatchers. You will manage hardware and software, train new staff, coordinate software updates, and report on operations. This role requires field travel and occasional non‑standard hours.

The candidate should have a GED or higher, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn OnBase. Prior construction industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary.
• OnBase knowledge preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new staff with application setup and training.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, OMG IT, users, and site champions; coordinate updates and troubleshooting.
• Oversee hardware and software maintenance, including coordinating updates and reporting.
• Travel to field to assist drivers and work nights/weekends when required.
