Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an Engineering Project Lead 1 to drive project timelines, coordinate between clients and technical teams, and ensure deliverables meet specifications and quality standards. The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communication, and adherence to project budgets.

The candidate will guide engineering processes, manage scope changes, and support effort estimation and client sign-offs, with relocation/travel as needed for US-based projects.

Qualifications

• Monitoring and observability tools including Dynatrace, ELK/Kibana, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
• ITSM and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Status Page.
• Incident and on‑call handling with xMatters.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; relocation/travel may be required.
• Willing to relocate and travel to work/project location.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients with regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Guide the engineering team to follow established processes meeting design, technical, and regulatory specs.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and strategy; identify scope changes and support effort estimation and approvals.
