Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service or ops role, preferably B2B.
• Strong MS Office skills and written communication.
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, and coach teammates.
• Demonstrated focus on process improvements and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide account support and guidance for a team of CS specialists and Engagement managers.
• Mentor and develop assigned team members to raise performance.
• Bridge Operations and Client Success, ensuring SOP quality and feedback loops.
• Manage service cases within timelines and with high quality.
• Advise leadership on client trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive workflow improvements to boost capacity and efficiency.
• Oversee transitions of support for strategic clients to operations teams.
• Coordinate telematics tasks with product management during deployments.
