BEST MEDICAL CENTER INC is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Representative for our Healthcare Call Center in Miami, FL. The role focuses on outbound calls to promote services, generate leads, and schedule appointments, while delivering exceptional patient service.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented, with strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Prior call center or healthcare experience is a plus, and full-time hours with potential evening or weekend

Qualifications

• 1+ year of telemarketing, sales, call center, or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Strong sales, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based earnings.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + Commission

Monday–Friday

Full-time position

Additional evening or Saturday availability may be required during high-volume periods.
