Job summary

Globalpayer is seeking a results-driven telemarketing specialist to drive SMB outreach from home. You’ll make cold calls, qualify leads, and set appointments for field agents.

You’ll join a global, fast-paced team with strong training and an uncapped commission plan (OTE $40k). Experience with CRM/dialer tools is essential. Remote role in the United States; self-motivated and capable of independent work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing cold calling.
• Uncapped commission with an OTE of 40k.
• Able to work independently from home.

What you’ll own

• Conduct cold calls to target small to medium businesses and introduce TakePayments' products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets working towards an uncapped commission to enhance your lifestyle, OTE 40k.
• Schedule appointments for our field agents by understanding the client's needs and aligning them with our solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Identify decision‑makers and qualify leads for further engagement.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telemarketing Cold Calling with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Training: Kickstart your success with our First-Class Training. We will bring you to our Manchester hub for 3 weeks of fully expensed, elite sales coaching to ensure you hit your uncapped commission targets from day one.
• Environment: Must be self‑motivated and capable of working independently from home.
• Skills: Proficient with CRM and dialler software and working in fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where resilience is rewarded.
