Renewable Energy Corporation is seeking a Telemarketing Appointment Setter for Home Energy Solutions in Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania. The role focuses on contacting warm leads, converting interest into scheduled in-home energy evaluations, and working with aged data plus inbound inquiries.

You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with base pay of $15–$20/hour (1099), plus aggressive commissions and bonuses.

• Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commission

Compensation

• $15–$20/hour base (1099)
• Aggressive commission structure (up to $150 per appointment)
