Renewable Energy Corporation is seeking a Telemarketing Appointment Setter for Home Energy Solutions in Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania. The role focuses on contacting warm leads, converting interest into scheduled in-home energy evaluations, and working with aged data plus inbound inquiries.

You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with base pay of $15–$20/hour (1099), plus aggressive commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Telemarketing / phone sales experience preferred.
• Must live in Maryland or Southern Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads only — no cold calling, no dialing random lists.
• Call aged data (20+ years) + fresh inbound inquiries daily.
• Use scripts to overcome objections and lock in appointments.
• Set appointments for free in-home energy evaluations.
• Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commission.
