Job summary

Jose Rosario State Farm Agent is seeking a part-time Telemarketer for our Future State Farm Representative Development Program (Bilingual Spanish). No prior insurance experience or license required.

You will call agency-provided prospect lists, identify people interested in quotes, and connect them with our licensed team. This is a phone-intensive, performance-driven role with coaching and potential future opportunities in customer service and licensing.

As a part-time Telemarketer with Jose Rosario State Farm Agent, your job is simple:

Call → Connect → Identify Interest → Hand Off → Next Call

You'll call agency-provided prospect lists, identify people interested in receiving an insurance quote, and connect them with our licensed team.

This is a phone-intensive, activity-driven position.

We can teach you the industry. We're looking for attitude, discipline, reliability, communication skills, and coachability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
