A Quality Facility Services in Akron, OH is seeking a Telemarketer (B2B Lead Generator / Appointment Setter) for a hybrid office role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Earn a base up to $45k–$55k plus UNCAPPED commissions and enjoy growth into Outside Sales or Sales Management.

The role focuses on outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and CRM-based pipeline management with Salesforce. Prior B2B lead gen experience and strong communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound activity.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers.
• Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team.
• Engage prospects through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text, social media).
• Track outreach and activity in the CRM and ensure smooth handoffs to Outside Sales.

Earn up to $45k-55k base + uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers
• Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team

Multi-Channel Outreach

• Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
• Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
• Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
• Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales
