Job summary

PsychPlus is expanding across Minnesota and is looking for passionate mental health professionals to join our growing team. We’re seeking both fully licensed therapists and associate-level clinicians who are interested in providing quality behavioral health services.

As a Part-Time 1099 Contractor in Minnesota, you will deliver individual psychotherapy, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Minnesota licenses (LPCC/LICSW/LGSW) or be license-eligible
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy and clinical documentation
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based behavioral health care

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients based on clinical needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other health professionals as appropriate
• Receive clinical supervision in accordance with Minnesota licensing requirements

PsychPlus is expanding across Minnesota and is looking for passionate mental health professionals to join our growing team. We’re seeking both fully licensed therapists and associate-level clinicians who are interested in providing quality behavioral health services.

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed Professional Counselors / Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers
• Licensed Graduate Social Workers / Licensed Independent Social Workers working toward independent clinical licensure
• Other qualified Minnesota-licensed behavioral health clinicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients based on their clinical needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide ethical, high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Associates will receive appropriate clinical supervision in accordance with Minnesota licensing requirements.

Compensation:

$60 per 60-minute session
