Qualifikationen

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license in good standing.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents’ speech, language, and swallowing needs.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Provide telehealth-based evaluation and treatment services.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on goals and strategies.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams to ensure quality care.
