Job summary

Bakersfield Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/Per Diem coverage in Bakersfield, CA. You will evaluate residents, develop plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred.
• California OT license in good standing required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents within 24 hours of physician referral and document delays.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with physician approval.
• Supervise COTAs, aides, and students per state practice act.
• Complete evaluations, daily treatment notes, and discharge documentation per regulatory requirements.
