Job summary

Simplex Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to provide telehealth outpatient nutrition counseling in an integrative/functional nutrition setting. This PRN role requires a minimum of 12 hours of weekly availability, with the opportunity to offer additional hours if desired.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient or clinical care.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Registered with CDR (RD/RDN).
• Minimum of 12 hours of weekly availability, with potential to increase hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using an integrative/functional approach.
• Implement Simplex Health protocols and educational materials.
• Develop personalized nutrition plans and root-cause care for patients.
• Document all appointments in Healthie with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team and participate in clinical initiatives.
• Maintain consistent patient caseload with timely follow-ups.
