Job summary

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our network of clinicians. You will have the ongoing support of our team, focusing on high-quality patient care with a blend of in-person and remote work options.

Schedule: 8 hours per week, with 50% remote via telehealth and only 1 onsite visit biweekly. Competitive pay from $32.00-$38.00/hr plus paid travel time; flexible days and hours are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current state licensure/certification if mandated by the state.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for new admissions and quarterly reviews.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other care team members.
• Ensure CMS and DOH compliance and monitor resident nutrition needs.
• Review and approve menus to meet USDA guidelines.
• Conduct monthly kitchen sanitation audits and safety enhancements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
