Job summary

Simplex Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide telehealth outpatient nutrition counseling in an integrative/functional setting. This PRN role requires at least 12 hours weekly, with potential for more.

PA licensure or eligibility, and CDR registration are required, with insurance credentialing supported by the team. Ideal candidates have experience in outpatient care, a passion for root-cause nutrition, and the ability to work collaboratively within a growing telehealth practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical nutrition care.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania.
• CDR registration current.
• Credentialed or eligible with insurance providers.
• Minimum of 12 hours per week availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using integrative/functional nutrition.
• Develop personalized root-cause nutrition plans.
• Document visits in Healthie with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager and team on care protocols.
• Maintain consistent patient caseload and timely follow-ups.
