Simplex Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver telehealth outpatient nutrition counseling in a functional/integrative setting. This PRN role requires at least 12 hours per week, with potential to add more hours based on desire and schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outpatient or clinical care, hold PA licensure or eligibility, and are registered with CDR. The role emphasizes root-cause care and flexible, patient-centered nutrition therapy.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania (PA).
• PRN role with minimum 12 hours weekly availability.
• Experience with integrative/functional nutrition preferred.
• Not operating an active private practice to avoid conflicts of interest.

• Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional/integrative approach.
• Develop personalized root-cause nutrition care plans for patients.
• Document all appointments in Healthie with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager and team on patient care.
• Maintain a minimum of 12 hours weekly availability and grow as schedule allows.
