Job summary

Remote Area Medical – RAM® seeks a Telehealth Coordinator to support and expand telehealth services. You will build relationships with supervisors, volunteers, patients, and partners, recruit and train volunteers, and manage data with RAM’s telehealth processes.

This role requires travel, weekend coverage, and familiarity with EHR systems, ensuring quality care and efficient operations across RAM telehealth events.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating telehealth programs or similar healthcare services.
• Ability to recruit, train, and support volunteers and partners.
• Strong data recording and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with supervisors, personnel, volunteers and partners.
• Assist in mobilizing, recruiting, securing, training, supporting telehealth volunteers and partners; record data and build reports.
• Assist in recruiting telehealth patients; record data and build reports; follow RAM chain of command.
• Maintain familiarity with telehealth processes, software, equipment and vehicles.
• Monitor industry trends for opportunities and secure RAM EHR data integrity.
