Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is hiring PMHNPs to provide autonomous telepsychiatry care in a fully remote outpatient setting. Clinicians will assess patients, create treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed, while complying with laws and ethics.

We promote collaboration with teams of therapists and prescribers. Work-from-home flexibility includes varied schedules, with regular virtual meetings to discuss cases and topics.

Qualifications

• Must hold PMHNP license and be open to multi-state licensing.
• At least 6 months of PMHNP work experience.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Provide direct patient care, assess, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• We are growing in teams of multiple therapists and a prescriber; onboarding matches you with peers.
• Clinical work is performed from home; attend regular team meetings and conferences as required.
