Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe medications as clinically appropriate.

Work within collaborative clinical teams, participate in regular staffing, and provide care remotely from home with flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one served state.
• Strong psychiatry and behavioral health background.
• Experience delivering care via telehealth in outpatient settings.
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate and monitor response.
• Ensure care complies with laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with therapists and a psychiatric prescriber; participate in regular staffing.
• Attend virtual clinical meetings and conference sessions; maintain flexible scheduling.
