Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking a PMHNP to provide telehealth psychiatric care in a fully remote outpatient setting. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed, with a focus on evidence-based care while maintaining clinical autonomy.

We emphasize collaboration with a diverse team of therapists and prescribers; regular virtual meetings occur four times weekly, with an onboarding phase of weekly conferences for the first 90 days, transitioning to monthly

Qualifications

• Must have a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in alternative states.
• At least 6 months of prior work experience as a PMHNP.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry and psychopharmacology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Provide direct patient care, conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a growing team of therapists and prescribers to match clinicians to cases, with regular virtual staffing.
• Attend clinical conferences four times a week; initially one per week for 90 days, then one monthly.
