Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts for outpatient telehealth work. Clinicians are W-2 employees with flexible hourly fee-for-service schedules, delivering therapy to children, adults, and families entirely from home.

We offer support, supervision, professional development, and licensure assistance to help clinicians thrive in a flexible, values-driven work environment. Availability includes some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MA license as LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT in Massachusetts.
• Master's degree in a relevant clinical field.
• Experience delivering individual, couples, family or group therapy via telehealth is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that drive real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in an EHR system.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as needed.

Unlike many telehealth companies, Real Help hires clinicians as W-2 employees, offering flexible hourly fee-for-service positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are:

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required.
