Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts for telehealth work from home. The role offers hourly fee-for-service as a W-2 employee with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to serve children, adults, and families from home.

We hire clinicians as W-2 employees with flexible hourly rates, including premium pay for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience. Licensure in MA is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree or MA licensure in MA.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to provide telehealth therapy and manage caseload.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are:

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required.
