Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, seeks Licensed Clinicians in Massachusetts for outpatient telehealth therapy. Earn $45-$70 per hour as a W-2 employee, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience.

Qualifications

• Masters level licensure in MA (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
