Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking Licensed Clinicians in Massachusetts for telehealth roles that pay hourly and are W-2 employees. You can work from home with flexible scheduling while helping children, adults, and families.

We provide clients, scheduling support, and an easy-to-use EHR; you deliver therapy services (individual, couples, family, or group) and perform intake, treatment planning, and coordination with families and medical partners.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required or equivalent
• MA licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) in MA preferred or eligible
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Unlike many telehealth companies, Real Help hires clinicians as W-2 employees, offering flexible hourly fee-for-service positions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change

• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are:

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required.
