Job summary

ROMTech is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver clinician-guided, at-home occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The role implements established treatment plans and supports patients through post-operative recovery and functional rehabilitation using our telehealth-enabled platform.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions focused on ADLs, mobility, and functional independence; documenting progress with precision;

Qualifications

• Graduate OTA with licensure in good standing.
• Experience delivering care via telehealth or digital platforms preferred.
• Strong documentation and adherence to HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatment plans under supervision.
• Focus therapy on ADLs, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document progress and communicate changes to the OT.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
