Job summary

ROMTech is seeking a Functional Recovery Specialist for a 1099 engagement in a virtual clinical environment. The role focuses on designing and implementing virtual post-operative functional recovery programs and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services to surgical patients.

The successful candidate will develop workflows, outcome measurement strategies, and clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with licensure, telehealth regulations, and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical occupational therapy experience.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience with post-operative rehabilitation and functional recovery programs.

Responsibilities

• Design virtual post-operative functional recovery programs.
• Develop standardized functional assessments for rehabilitation.
• Create clinical workflows and treatment protocols for functional recovery services.
• Develop documentation templates and outcome-tracking systems.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
