Job summary

TeleSpecialists is seeking a navigator for our Brookhaven, GA office to coordinate care between patients and physicians during telehealth encounters. This in-office midshift runs from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, with high call volumes directed to dispatchers who transfer information to telemedicine physicians.

You will triage hospitals, support teleneurology teams, and help ensure seamless communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• HS diploma required; call center experience preferred.
• Able to coordinate care between patients and physicians for telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages teleneurologists’ schedules for rounding and teleneurology
• Serve as an essential link between patients and teleneurology team
• Receive and triage calls from client hospitals.
• Promote collaboration to both internal and external healthcare team members.
• Other duties as assigned
