PsychPlus is hiring a Per Diem Telehealth Therapist to support Minnesota’s behavioral health team. This part-time, remote/Hybrid role requires a Minnesota board-issued license and comfort delivering group sessions and admissions in a HIPAA-compliant telehealth environment.

The role emphasizes creating patient-centered treatment plans, accurate progress notes, and collaboration with the clinical team to maintain high-quality care while allowing flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota board-issued clinical license or eligibility as a Licensed Therapist.
• Experience or demonstrated competency in group therapy and clinical assessments.
• Ability to create individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide care in a virtual, HIPAA-compliant telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cover scheduled te lehealth therapy groups, fostering a supportive environment.
• Prepare accurate, timely progress notes and documentation for group sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments (BPSs) for new admissions.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and assessments.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated behavioral healthcare.
• Adhere to Minnesota licensing requirements, documentation standards, and telehealth rules.

PsychPlus is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically skilled Per Diem Telehealth Therapist to support our Minnesota-based behavioral & mental health team. This is a Hybrid opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys facilitating group sessions, supporting new patient admissions, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and cover scheduled telehealth therapy groups, creating a supportive and engaging environment for patients.
• Prepare accurate, timely progress notes and documentation for group sessions.
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments (BPSs) for new admissions.
• Create individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and assessment findings.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, coordinated behavioral healthcare.
• Follow Minnesota licensing requirements, clinical documentation standards, confidentiality policies, and applicable telehealth regulation

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Board-issued clinical license as a fully licensed therapist or eligible associate-level therapist.
• Relevant credentials may include LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LGSW or eligible associate-level credentials, subject to Minnesota Board requirements and role eligibility.
• Experience or demonstrated competency in group therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide effective, compassionate care in a virtual setting.
• Reliable internet access and a private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth environment.
