Responsibilities

• Prep exam rooms, instruments, and consent forms for scheduled appointments in Brooklyn Park.
• Prepare and verify Telehealth specimens and labeling at the bedside.
• Guide new Health Information Technician hires through Telehealth workflow in their first 3 weeks.
• Document bedside care and charting loads in the EHR.
• Support families during prognosis, code status, and goals of care discussions.
• Round on assigned patients and document findings before handoff.
• Perform diagnostic and screening procedures within scope of practice.
