Responsabilités

• Deliver clinical and administrative support for the team and adhere to policies.
• Maintain friendly, professional relations with staff and patients.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake and procedures.
• Triage patients, document changes, and assist with labs and minor procedures.
• Assist providers with telehealth and virtual visits as needed.
• Ensure accurate patient charts and referrals with proper authorizations.
• Support compliance training and maintain clinic cleanliness.
