Job summary

Social Circle ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote, full-time/part-time role. You will provide remote clinical oversight, programming, and telehealth supervision for clients located in New Jersey, with a premium hourly pay rate.

Candidates must hold an active New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential and have experience designing ABA programming and supervising RBTs.

Qualifications

• Active and valid NJ License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience designing ABA programming and supervising RBTs; telehealth supervision is a plus.
• Strong tech-literacy and reliable high-speed internet for secure video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote clinical assessments, intake reviews, and design comprehensive, individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide high-quality remote supervision, mentorship, and support to on-the-ground Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review clinical data regularly through our practice management platform to modify programming and ensure steady client progress.
• Conduct regular telehealth caregiver training and family collaboration sessions to promote generalization of skills.
• Ensure all clinical documentation, progress notes, and authorization reports meet rigorous insurance billing requirements and compliance guidelines.
