Step It Up ABA is hiring an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents. You will work with RBTs to implement plans and collect data, guided by a Clinical Director, with blended in-person and telehealth supervision.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration with families, and a mission-driven practice focused on improving quality of life for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in ABA settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies based on ABA principles.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
