Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program and a master's degree in nursing.
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active multi-state nursing licensure and DEA may be required by state.
• Minimum 3 years of acute/primary care clinical experience.
• At least 2 years of telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems via telemedicine.
• Document patient histories and plan care with physicians.
• Coordinate with PCPs and specialists to ensure guidelines.
• Develop patient management plans and health education.
• Participate in quality improvement and telehealth policy development.
• Provide exceptional patient service and maintain documentation.
