Job summary

CompQsoft is seeking a Teleconferencing Infrastructure Engineer in Alexandria, VA for the WHS. The engineer will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise AV/VTC and video streaming infrastructure to ensure high availability for virtual meetings.

Responsibilities include deploying and patching VTC/VoIP systems, diagnosing issues, and providing white-glove user support for leadership. Security compliance and DoD 8570-aligned certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on VTC or systems administration experience.
• Deep understanding of Cisco/Polycom AV/VTC codecs and SIP/TMS.
• Requires Active DoD Secret clearance (minimum).
• DoD 8570 compliance certifications (e.g., Security+, CCNA) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, patch, and monitor enterprise VTC and VoIP systems to ensure uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, audio, and video issues.
• Assist VIPs and leadership with conference setups and monitoring.
• Enforce IA policies and apply cybersecurity configurations (DISA STIGs).
• Manage hardware lifecycles and plan technology refreshes.
