Job summary

Placements24 seeks a seasoned Telecoms Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecom infrastructure projects from Paarl with a hybrid work model. You will drive delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget results of high quality.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5+ years in telecom PM, and PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly advantageous.
5+ years of proven experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of telecom network technologies and project lifecycles.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience managing hybrid teams and stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize telecom projects within deadlines and budget.
Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans with resource allocation, timelines, and risk strategies.
Manage project teams, contractors, and vendors with effective communication.
Monitor progress, report metrics, and address issues or deviations.
