Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major telecommunications product rollout across multiple sites. You will manage planning, site surveys, scheduling, installations, vendor coordination, QA, testing, and closeout while communicating with the client and internal teams.

The role involves end-to-end execution, creating and maintaining project plans, tracking risks, issues, and milestones, and ensuring all documentation is current. Hybrid work: 3 days on site, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in product implementation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present project updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of a multi-site product rollout.
• Develop project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and communications.
• Coordinate site surveys, BOM creation, installation procedures.
• Ensure quality assurance and sign-offs during deployment.
• Support billing reviews and project closeout and client handoff.
